The controller of your personal data is Konul Group s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 04272579, registered at Havelská 508/9, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, operator of the OSH restaurant ("we").

When you fill in the inquiry form, we process your name, your contact (phone, email or Telegram) and anything else you choose to tell us: event date, number of guests and your message.

We use it only to reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep inquiries for at most 12 months after our last exchange. If an inquiry turns into an order, we keep the data for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Only if you agree in the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). It measures which pages and buttons visitors use and stores cookies for that (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. The site only remembers your language choice and your cookie choice — strictly necessary data that needs no consent.

A submitted inquiry is delivered by email to our mailbox, operated by Google (Gmail). The site runs on Fly.io servers in the EU (Frankfurt).

Google may also process data in the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Orders and table bookings run through ChoiceQR, which processes data under its own terms. We never sell your data or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to oshprague@gmail.com.
